By downloading, installing, or using Snap Share Events ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snap Share Events ("we," "our," or "us").
Snap Share Events uses artificial intelligence to scan images of event posters, flyers, and similar materials, extract event details, and save them to your calendar. The service operates on a credit-based system where each scan consumes credits based on the number of events detected.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Event information is extracted using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should always verify important details (including but not limited to dates, times, locations, and event descriptions) before relying on extracted information. We are not responsible for missed events, incorrect information, or any consequences arising from reliance on AI-extracted data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any remaining credits in a terminated account will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund, except as required by applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature. Upon voluntary account deletion, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
The App integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (for AI processing), Stripe (for payment processing), and calendar providers (Apple, Google, Microsoft). These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service, and we disclaim all liability arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service.
The App and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by Snap Share Events and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snap Share Events and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any errors or omissions in AI-extracted content; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (d) any third-party conduct related to the App. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snap Share Events and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snap Share Events regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
